Needs upgrading desperately.

Hotel is in need of upgrading and refurnishing. Pillows need to be washed/cleaned more often.Glad I had my sleep sack packed.

I left something at the hotel, housekeeping staff called back and offered to put it in the mail. Very helpful.

Room seemed beaten down, lots of carpet stains, walls in room ans bathroom not clean looking, temperature was too hot in room, wouldn't cool down much.

Okay place to stay, shabby feel to it, probably would look stay else where next time in area. Good if you travel with a pet, we did not.

Hard to find behemoth for single business traveler. Food quality very disappointing for expense.

Great location, just offs the expressway, and near everything you need.

This is a hotel that was in need of updating 10 years ago.

How this hotel got 3 stars is a mystery. It must have been a great convention and meeting hotel, but to say it is worn is an understatement. You cannot put caulk OVER black mold, and a tub with chips that expose the rusted metal should have been replaced years ago. The restaurant has 5 choices! The lobby had a welcoming feeling.

The hallway to the pool was very scary and dirty.

Overall, nice with a few problems. The bed was nice as well as the linens.
